This is a wonderful book for vision boards. The paper is high quality with a sheen to it. The weight of the paper is heavier than a magazine so it will lay flat and not bubble up when glued to vision board. Like other reviews, the images contain a lot of people which is actually want you want on your vision board. You want to "see" yourself doing your dreams. To that point, the people in the images are a good mix of men and women, of all races, single shots as well as many group shots. There are not as many words or phrases, but those that are included are very appropriate for a vision board. I am very pleased with purchase and excited to create my next vision board.

Glad I chose this book, it's full of a great selection of excellent pictures. I normally make a small vision board for my planners but in addition in the New Year I will be making a larger board for my wall and this book will be perfect for that. Lots and Lots of quotes in a variety of fonts great for affirmations and visualisation. The pages are single sided so no dilemma on which pictures and quotes to cut out and use.

I love this book. It had so many options, words, or pictures for my vision board! The quality of the paper was excellent as well. There are pages for almost anything including family, friends, health and wealth. I still have pages left that I can use towards another board. I will repurchase this one again and again!
